About the Conference

The annual conference is a powerful day dedicated to sharing thought-leadership and advancing ethnicity-focused and inclusion efforts within organisations. It brings together senior leaders, DEI professionals, and stakeholders to explore the most pressing challenges and opportunities in building inclusive workplaces.

Through an inspiring series of sessions, including a senior leadership panel, interactive workshops, breakout discussions, and roundtable conversations, delegates will gain practical tools, fresh insights, and strategies to embed DEI into everyday practice.
